Diosynth Biotechnology takes pride in the program management expertise and systems that we offer to our customers. Highly experienced Customer Project Leaders (CPL's) foster continual communication with our customers and ensure that programs are executed on-time and within budget expectations. Program and account managers are involved in Our Sales Process to ensure that projects are properly scoped and have sufficient resources to provide product of appropriate quality and in the required quantity.
Once a program commences, your program manager will head a core project team and will be your primary point of contact within Diosynth Biotechnology. As any project progresses, there will inevitably be changes and extensions that need to be made to the initial Scope of Work. Your program manager will assist in ensuring that Diosynth Biotechnology is responsive and flexible in meeting your changing needs.
